At Aku Woodpanel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior transformation. If your wood panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the panels in their original protective box to prevent damage during transit; please ensure all mounting hardware and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Panels

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned panels for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
